I wonder if The Hartford takes 4 months to handle an insurance claim. I would not like that. This slow or no response can't be good for their business.
Same exact thing I'm experiencing. I keep getting more requests for more free quotes but 2 months after my first free quote I've received nothing. I've emailed them but no response. Their quote was way high also. I agree that AARP should address this...
