I'm a career chef, now semi-retired doing Private Chef gigs. I'm a guitarist/singer/songwriter and front a band with my wife. I'm an avid gardener, a writer of poems, essays, lyrics and fiction, working on my "Magnum Opus". I'm working to decriminalize Psilocybin for medical and recreational use in NY State

Area of knowledge and what I know well:

I'm a chef and know the food business inside and out. I'm a gigging musician since 1978. I'm learning landscape gardening and have grown vegetables for years.
