I did make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Just make sure you have all the facts straight and say everything you need to.

They charged me over $8 in taxes and fees! Didn't bother to tell me that was going to happen!! I'm going back to Verizon pre-paid,  where I get more data and they only charged me $2.09 in taxes and fees.
