The only Optum that I have found is a division of UnitedHealthCare, and they have clinics and pharmacies. I’m curious and would like to know which plans have Optum gyms or Optum coverage.

My suggestion would be to contact your agent who enrolled you in the plan; they have much quicker access to their separate helpline. They can do a 3-way call with you on the line, and the operator will ask you if it is ok that they speak for you. I'v...
