How can I stop junk mail coming to my home from aarp?

Hi, thank you. i am not referring to renewal notices, I want to stop all the sales related emails for insurance, etc.  I can’t find any setting to limit the amount of junk sent to my home.  Anyone have a solution to this? thanks!
