Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately, neither worked. I cleared my cookies and cache and still no private message tab. Same thing on the other browsers I tried. I tried another browser on my tablet, and tried two different laptops with no luc...

I tried to follow the instructions in the link you mentioned, however, I do not have a private messenger tab between privacy and kudos.
