I finally received my gift cards via an email from the consumer care ombudsman team after much frustration, and little sleep last night. This should never have happened, and AARP needs to find a permanent solution to this issue!!

Your terms and conditions mean nothing, especially since I haven’t received my gift cards according to your listed time frame of 24 hours!! What matters is AARP has taken my money for a product that I have yet to receive. Do better!!

How long did it take for you to get them? I’m going through this now. I wish I would’ve known about this issue before I bought the gift cards. All the frustration that I’ve dealt with is not worth the money saved with the cards.

I just checked my bank statement, and the over $1700 has been taken out of my account. I was told that my case has been escalated. However, an escalation without a resolution is useless. Again, this is an ongoing issue as evidenced by the multiple po...
