I am having this exact issue! I've called, chatted, and emailed with AARP. My case has been escalated, and I have no resolution. It's been weeks. I always get the error "unable to complete redemption request." The rewards are why I signed up for AARP...

I am having the exact same issue. After repeatedly calling/using the chat feature/emailing, I'm still unable to to redeem rewards! Looks like this has been resolved for others. Please correct mine too!
