Had this issue a while back of the card not being linked to the email, I keep my email from aarp of when they sent the card and the order number and they were able to resend the link. This of course may not help you if you never received the email. ...

I went through the CHAT box yesterday and was awarded the max points after getting connected to a live member - the autobot will not give the points, just options to look for info why you can not get points.Would do it again today, but no humans avai...

I received the award today, first time it took this long, it is usually in my inbox within 10 minutes of redeeming!

They moved it to Redeem - Near You tab at the bottom and no longer shows up on the bottom right of Earn tab
