Tell us about yourself:
My background is in Human Resources and Training & Development. I currently volunteer as a Coach/Mentor for people who want to get into the HR Industry and for New Managers. I also am involved in Justice Reform and I work with Mothers who have sons and/or daughters who are in Prison.
Area of knowledge and what I know well:
Recruiting, Labor Laws, EEO Laws, Managing Large Staffs and dare I say the Stock Market,I run two trading groups.

Restaurant Manager License, Many Training & HR Certs
I have received many awards, however the one I am most proud of is "Women of The Year" from the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW) for my volunteer work.
