Princess Gift Cards being gone has zero to do with AARP and 100% to do with Princess ending the program. If you want the program to return, complain to Princess Cruises and ask them why they are shutting out AARP members from the discounts.

Because Princess Cruises pulled the program. It's up to the cruise partner to participate in the program, Princess opted out.

AARP still has the cards from Holland America, Carnival, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean. Well worth the membership fee alone. A friend saved over $1500 on four staterooms for a Celebrity family cruise in the Med on Celebrity this past summer.
