I tried to have a chat with a help agent today. Completely useless, they don't want to hear about the problem. They are just apparently told to blame our computers, browsers, non-existent ad blockers, etc. I give up. Can't play games on this site.

Unfortunately the red bar blocks game boards and there is no way to remove it. How is this an improvement? I don't have an ad blocker. Trying to play bubble Shooter, but it is again impossible. I am beyond frustrated with this site.

Well, the problem with the red banner blocking the game boards is back. You know how much everyone hates this jumping banner, why not get rid of it altogether? Do you enjoy having to address this issue time after time? Please make it stationary so th...
