I tried to have a chat with a help agent today. Completely useless, they don't want to hear about the problem. They are just apparently told to blame our computers, browsers, non-existent ad blockers, etc. I give up. Can't play games on this site.

Unfortunately the red bar blocks game boards and there is no way to remove it. How is this an improvement? I don't have an ad blocker. Trying to play bubble Shooter, but it is again impossible. I am beyond frustrated with this site.
