If you use a different address on your medicare enrollment form than is listed with social security, will the medicare enrollment be denied? Also if they do deny the enrollment, do you have to appeal? These questions assume that you otherwise meet th...

If you are asking if the employer is allowed to offer an incentive to encourage (or coerce) Medicare eligible employees to switch from an employer plan to Medicare, the answer is no under the Medicare as secondary payer rules established in the 1980'...
