Be careful! I kept trying to submit payment until it went through, but then I never received my cards and had to jump through hoops for a refund - took about a month to settle everything.

A separate folder sounds great, but what would really be awesome is if AARP fixed the issue! The fact that there are so many people complaining about it to where it clogs up the forum says it all.

It's ok, Ms. Janelle, thanks. I got the email stating I needed to call AARP on Friday while I was on another cruise so I could not respond until today. I already called the ombudsman number provided in the email 4 times today and could not reach anyo...
