Kroger Gift Card Purchase not Received

Wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I purchased Kroger Gift Cards on 5/16 and never received the email. The matter was sent to consumer care and they reissued the gift cards but 2 of the 3 were not valid. I again contacted through email...
