The same thing happened to me. I'm pretty sure the site is broken, or there's an excessive amount of traffic.

For Safari, on my phone, I disabled the pop up blocker and it still didn’t work. I have no extensions. I entered my card info and submitted the transaction.the checkout page refreshed and dumped my CC info. also, it doesn’t allow me to use Apple Pay.
