Yesterday I purchased a Boston Market egift card and I have not yet received it. My credit card account has been charged for it. I tried the chat but it was no help at all.How should I proceed?

Yesterday I posted a topic concerning a gift card I redeemed for points. When I click on the link to get the card I get an error message. Today I don't see the message. What happened to it? Also, what about the issue with my gift card?

I redeemed points for a Chipotle egift card. I got the email but when I click on the link to get the card I get the following:This page isn’t working right nowclick.email.aarp.org sent an invalid response.
