I am concerned... they send me an email and are able to redeem my points for a "chance" to win a gift card but cannot redeem in order to give me gift cards?   This is fishy - is the intent to get seniors to spend down on something they will not have ...

I just starting using and it is down and will not allow you to redeem - understand this has been going on for a month now?   Seems strange that I can redeem 1500 points to "win" a gift card but not spend the money on a sure thing.   I smell a rat... ...
