My card is finally activated.  Yea!  Called the president of Card services and they contacted security.  They had the wrong birthdate on my account.  Not sure if that was from AARP, Chase, or just an error in the system.

It's now day 5 and no better off than I was on 9/20/21.  Tried on line as I've been doing throughout the day for 5 days now.  I'm beginning to believe that my card will never be activated.  I have no idea how I will be able to pay the last payment on...

Now it's day 4.  My card is still not activating - tried on line again.  My information doesn't match.  I refuse to make another call to anyone at Barclays and  this morning (Day 4).  It's a waste of hours waiting on the phone.

Finally talked to someone after 4 hours yesterday.  The rep said that my account is partially there, but not completely built.  She cannot build it.  I have to wait till the system receives all of the information.  The only thing I can do is keep try...

This is beyond ridiculous!  Been waiting on the phone, tried multiple times on line to activate the AARP card.   Called a different helpline talked to someone with a heavy accent to put me on another loop hold.After locking the activate for the 3rd t...
