I finally received an email and a phone number but no one has responded to my numerous calls or email response. If you think I have somehow been fraudulently getting my points they why still allow me to earn points? This is beyond aggravating that ...

How could you cheat? You can’t skip through videos or quizzes. If you think I was at least call me on it so I can defend myself.

This is all I see. I don't see anything labeled Turn On private Messages. Can you just give me an email to reply too? You should have my information since I'm logged in.
