hi. My inspire3 Fitbit was working perfectly until a couple of months ago. Now no matter what nothing works (i reattached, deleted, reloaded etc) to no avail. No points anymore. I had a similar issue with drive safe but that is now resolved

Hi, I have the same issue with my Fitbit tracker. No points for many months ( I detached, reattached to no avail). Also, no points for aarp safe drive for many months as well. Thank you

Hi, not sure if this is correct place to notify you, but the newsletter of Dec 2 indicates that the promo code : MOVING would give me 100 points, but it does not work.thank you
