I play the Mini crossword, Hurdle, Wordwipe and Outspell with regularity but have stopped receiving points for them. I've signed in and out a few times but that hasn't worked. I am using the Chrome browser on a laptop. Any tips for correcting this? ...

Just this past week or so, I have not been receiving points for playing Word Wipe and the Mini Crossword. I called Customer Service and was manually awarded the points from a very friendly rep but the issue has not resolved itself by their suggestion...

Having the same problems. I am on a Lenovo laptop, Windows 11 Pro, and using a Chrome browser. Tried using Edge browser yesterday and it didn't format properly but today Edge did work. Hope they can get it fixed for Chrome as I prefer that over Ed...
