We can also do the same thing in about a thousand places on the internet for free. Nice try. How about something more meaningful instead, like some more gift cards for points, or have you already run out of your tiny allocation for this month?

What a wonderful canned response, it reads like it was cut and pasted from a training manual. We are not impressed, amused, or pacified. And by the way, poor grammar:"its invaluable to the program" -- No."IT'S invaluable to the program" -- Yes.

Can't even trust redemptions anymore.... Who knows if some of the cards they post are even actually available...I find it odd that all of a sudden, there are more different cards randomly popping up (literally) as points only, and on top of that the ...
