It has happened to me a few times. Chat with an agent or call them and they will send you a new email with the same gift card.

Correct me if I am wrong but I always believed that a primary member had to be over 50 and only the second household adult could be below 50. If it has changed and now anyone 18+ can have all perks of aarp benefits, it does greatly reduce the chance ...
