they want the phone on but if it rings I get a distracted ding even if I don't answer. Then they show speeding when I'm not simply because of the time evaluation. went from 30% to 8% on one trip of 4 and a half miles round trip

you aren't "required" to use true lane but you get a 15% discount when you do. If it doesn't work for you delete the app no problem..
