There is a time difference and that can't be helped. West coast gets an advantage on the extra credit rewards when we can look at them at 9PM so it all works out.

Although I totally sympathize with your situation I am curious why you didn't just pay the $286 for the medication and save yourself what you went through. I've had similar situation with my HMO with a drug that was third tier or not covered and pai...

my friend is having the same issue and called rewards. They were less then helpful and said they'll open an escalation which takes 3-5 days.

I got the silver travel tumbler today but not the $50 certificate. Did that come separately? I looked inside the tumbler thinking it would be there but it was not.
