Estimated tax payments deferred too?

Since I have done estimated tax payments for many years I wonder if the estimated tax payment due on 4/15/20 and the one due 6/15/20 can be delayed until 7/15/20? Can you answer this question? Thank you.

I had my taxes done at one of your sites earlier this month and the returns were electronically filed from your site. I owe some Federal taxes. Am I eligible to delay sending that money until July?Thank you.
