Groceries Stores have aisles marked in which direction to go (go-with-the-flow), cashiers are marked with spots at least 6ft in between. Also, they fequently send messages through speakers for keep social distancing.

SMS texting, what's up, facetime, emailing, houseparty, facebook, twitter, etc.; in other words, there is no excuse for not keeping connected.

Get your pet(s) out as much as you can; that is good for them and for oyu as well ! I see people on lakes on paddling, rowing, and fishing.I joined my daughter and wife in yoga; actually, I do my own routines but we are having a good time.

Keep communicating with family and friends; do not seclude yourselve. We have been unsing an app for smartphones (Houseparty). Besides having live the people you are talking to, you can also play trivia games in a group. Fun stuff !!!

What I am going to share may seem awkward, but given the fact COVID-19 for several hours, even days depending on the surface, you should consider washing with soap and water all articles which could have been exposed in the market place. Also, usual...
