There is no way for individual transactions unless both local for a cash transaction.  Paypal and credit/debit cards allow the payer to reverse the charge after they get the voucher.

I don't want to sell to an individual.  No way for either  party to ensure they don't get screwed.  I am looking for a service that acts as an intermediary where they buy your gift card at a % discount (looking for the least discount) then resale to ...

Where can we sell these for a decent price?  I have $600 cruise credit due to cruise being cancelled.  Don't think I could use even the full $600, much less the cards I bought here.  Thanks
