We tear our paper towels in half, even the "pick your size" when you just need a piece.  So many people waste a ton of paper towels, I always wipe the floor up once before tossing it too, just to get that final last use.  Oh and I also compost napkin...

Great idea!  I have friends doing the Camino Trail in Portugal right now and they are staying hostels, and loved it!!  Some were even private rooms, with a washer and dryer to use free!
