@scoot455 Just what I came on to say! Very frustrating to spend as much time as is required for Word Wipe and others not to get points.Every time they have "maintenance", something is destroyed.

Amazingly, i was just now (on April 24) able to get my third redemption. Glad this fiasco had a happy ending unlike the last time this happened a year or so ago. Thanks for all the comments, everyone, and thanks to consumer care if they had anythi...

Yes, points get refunded but I have had the redemption taken and got nothing for it in the past. No replacement redemption allowed by the computer system.

Did anyone else have this problem?The longer it goes without it coming, the more concerned I am.Chat resulted in an up to two week delay while it is investigated.My points were deducted and a confirmation screen came up.
