Still not receiving any points for videos, this has been going on since the August 3rd, 2021 "Rewards Catalog Maintenance" was performed. Is there an ETA for when the issues with missing points will be resolved?

August 3rd was the last date of receiving video points for watching videos was given. Since the date of this "Rewards Catalog Maintenance," after watching a video, website does not acknowledge the video was watched by rewarding any points only a mess...
