@GailL1 If the system as it is NOW would be depleted in 2034 but passing the bill extends it to 2054 (that the SS Actuary has verified) AND stops taxing the benefits of millions of seniors then I would say it's a win/win.Whew, this is exhausting!

 FYI - H.R. 7084 has 11 co-sponsors in the house. This bill was reintroduced replacing the original 8717 introduced last year.
