I already said I haven't had a real job in 10 years. But nobody has come out and asked me my age or when I graduated during a job interview. It's the placement firms that do this.I am firmly in the "gig" economy where the jobs I get do not last longe...

Next time answer "I don't believe this question is relevant to the job in question" and leave it at that. That's the advice I got from my group at Fordham Univ. that has since disbanded. Whenever they ask a question of dubious nature deflect it back ...

I don't care if I work 6 month stints as long as they keep coming. To me, temp is as good as permanent. Maybe even better. I am not looking for a second career. I am not in that group of "where do you want to be in five years"! I want to be happy and...
