I tried to pass the payment through a visa card and was successful but some gift cards were not sent to the email. What happened?

Hello Aarp, is there no other payment available for purchasing gift cards besides Paypal and Apple Pay? like payment using a debit card?

There is no update from the payment side and it is still the same as the previous month that the latest AARP program only provides payment services using Paypal and Apple Pay only. really disappointing.
