Retired, living on small farm with wife, one horse, 2 donkeys, and 4 cats. Graduated from Texas A&M in 1970, BS in mechanical engineering. Worked in HVAC design (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) for 47 years, the last 27 with Honeywell, Inc. in Houston.

I have been to Minnesota. It is a beautiful state, but the high temperature for the day was minus 10 degrees. Not for me.

Maybe no recourse unless they can be identified and names given to authoritieswarn neigbors, friends, anyone who will listenput up signs and posters around your neighborhood, local stores, etc.

Free ride? Many of us "oldsters" worked our way through college. "Pay as you go". It took a few more years to earn a degree, but we never considered incurring a debt we couldn't pay off.
