OMG...   Not good considering we have 3 booked and 2 paid for.

Wow. So you are out the money with no resolution?   This is really unacceptable considering it's the AARP branded rewards system which is generating these errors.I this escalates I have screen shots and documented records I will use.

@AARPJanelleM @AARPTeri Including moderators in this discussion.    There is my thread and another recent thread from a member with the same issue.    Maybe there is something AARP - Janelle & Teri can do to help resolve these.

Did you get a resolution?  I am in the same boat as you and have $1800 in charges pending status and have been advised not to use any of the redemption codes and they could not do anything at this time.  😫

Update Monday 8/29/2022.   I spoke with Juan (Rewards customer service) who stated he saw the charges were made to the credit card but can not do anything because they were still in pending status with my card.   He also stated I had evidently purcha...
