Same here. I've been told "several weeks" I cruise is coming up soon so I really need for it to be delivered sooner rather than later. Ive checked my ups choice and nothing is pending delivery.

It's a shy, but I went ahead and did a dispute with my CC. They have no idea when there will be a resolution. Also disputed my membership charge.

There is no solution to the issue as of yet. Either on Carnivalnor AARP's side. Provably just a blame game game going in while the customer gets the shaft. I would advise contacting your card issuer to do a chargeback.
