I agree Optum is the worst. We had express scripts and they had great service. The non native English speaker customer support staff just read from a script. I am going to get hard copies of all my prescriptions and physically take them to Walgreens....

I agree Optum is the worst. We had express scripts and they had great service. The non native English speaker customer support staff just read from a script. I am going to get hard copies of all my prescriptions and physically take them to Walgreens....
