i I am having same problems as above … my Fitbit is sync’ed and I received points the first day and nothing since. Since so many having same issue … why not test in house to see our issue … it’s not very customer friendly to tell us to troubleshoo...
Aarp just come clean and say the aarp app is junk.i can’t sync my Fitbit from aarp app … the login button does not respond during sync process … stop replying by saying same workaround. just come clean that the aarp app is junk .. just say it … JUNK
