California has the birthday rule. Which means on you birthday you can switch to another company without going to underwriting. I will be switching in January to Blue Shield who still offers Silver Sneakers. At which time I will also drop my AARP me...

I strongly agree with you. Wellness coaches are a waste of time. I am a Parkinson's patient who relied on the Silver Sneakers classes to help with balance and strength issues. There are 1+million Parkinson's patients that could benefit from Silver...
