I have had the exact same problem! They advised me to re sync my device, which doesn't make a ton of sense, but we'll see what happens tomorrow. I agree with you, that it is a glitch with their program.

My daily routine is to have coffee and take quizzes or watch videos. Very informative! I find I have to get to it early for the extra credit gift cards, you snooze, you lose those precious cards!
