I noticed this too. And on the first of the month a large portion of the videos and quizzes do not award points! Get some competent IT people already for gods sake.

I don’t want to buy gift cards, I only want to redeem points. The sweepstakes are gone. So are the daily wins. Almost all of what is left is the stupid e-cards, the various “organizers” (I got one once to use up expiring points and was not impress...

When do we get some decent redemptions for points instead of the stupid endless e-cards? Does anyone ever bother with those?

1) I have tried chatting with Rewards before and got nowhere, 2) You’ve told me to enable private messaging before BUT THERE IS NO BUTTON TO TURN IT ON UNDER PREFERENCES, along with numerous Rewards glitches. I don’t know why it is so diffi...

Christy, As I have told AARP repeatedly, and stated in my post above, I did call Walgreens several times and WALGREENS REFUSES TO HONOR OR REPLACE THE CARD. Thus, telling me to call them again, even after I filed a complaint with the Better Business...
