I can’t enter either it’s been a week or so since I’ve been able to enter from my iPad I think they would fix it

I'm still not getting points after almost 2 month I've tried deleting and reinstalling my Fitbit and the app I've called AARP and still nothing. I get my 10000 steps amlost everyday.

I have had no luck tried uninstalling than installing unsyncing reinstalling and resyncing called AARP with no help it would be nice to get this fixed I get my steps almost everyday and no points
