It seems very odd to me that everything else on your website works, except for the Rewards .    11 days is a long time to have this part of the site down unless it's intentional.

I've had the same issue.  My steps have not synced since July 23, 2024.  The Apple Health App shows that permissions are being granted to AARP Now and my health app statistics are correct.  I've deleted, reinstalled, unsynced, resynced, etc. several ...
