A long time musician and writer. Still staying busy with both, along with improving my cooking skills. Soup is my specialty (right on time for spring). An avid racquetball player, hoping to remain so; and, hoping to remain inspired to keep doing all that I do.

I've learned to occasionally shut out the 'noise', and allow myself time to think, reflect, plan, and pay attention to those people and things that I've not been mindful of lately. Though our society has become fairly 'tabloid', it's up to us as individuals to be thoughtful in all things, and not 'buy into' the trend of the hour without some bit of thought and scrutiny.
