Why do you want to leave Arizona? I mean, other than the fact that it's so hot and water is going to be drying up.  I love visiting there but it seems unsustainable ( and I'm saying that at age 66!)

DO YOU LIVE THERE NOW?  Ive always wanted to go there but I hear it is ultra expensive. I wonder what area you live in and how long you have been there.  Also, do you miss the states?
