This reward purchases STILL not working what gives? I know people who could have written a new program from scratch in less time. This should be an off the shelf program. You can't tell me with thousands of small business selling stuff online this ...

The lack of urgency they seem to have given this problem it probably will be after Christmas.

Maybe if there was a way to force AARP to reimburse members for lost savings they would be working around the clock to get this thing fixed. This is going to cost me $100 in savings.

Since the purchase of gift cards have been unavailable for 3 days is there any way to have one processed another way. I have a deposit on a Princess cruise due by 4 on 9/27 and I really would like to save the $50 on the $500 gift card.
