Tell us about yourself:

I'm a writer of books for children and teens as well as an instructor and writing coach for those interested in writing for kids and teens. I also love food and am a plant-based eater and cook. I'm currently enrolled in a Master Nutrition Therapist program and have received certificates in Nutrition Science, Plant-Based Nutrition, and Professional Plant-based cooking.

Area of knowledge and what I know well:

Writing books from toddler to teen. I am on faculty for the Regis University MFA in Creative Writing, University College at the University of Denver's Professional Writing Program, and Lighthouse Writers Workshop.
