I have been to most of these ports but avoid Puerto Rico for a few years due to natural disasters.

Watch his music video of “Piano Man” on YouTube. It is very well done and you can see the sadness in a few of the characters (e.g. bartender, old guy in corner). Billy Joel looks about 25 years old.

“Lodi” by CCR. “I’m stuck in Lodi again”. This is a town in California and John Fogarty sings about running out of money after his plans fell thru.

“Day Dream Believer” by the Monkees. It did not make much sense but sure sounded good.

“California Dreamin” by the Mamas and Papas. Recorded in late 1960’s and had terrific lyrics and great harmonies. You could even understand the words.
